Isola Sensoriale 2014 Great Prize to Vecchio Amaro del Capo, Liquorice and Vecchia Grappa Caffo win Sol & Agrifood

The three Caffo products awarded at Sol & Agrifood, a famous manifestation of quality agri–food. A great tasting event of liqueurs and spirits saw the participation of visitors from all over the world, which have undergone the test of satisfaction on the products tasted. The present international audience expressed maximum appreciation for three renowned labels of the distillery of Vibo Valentia: Vecchio Amaro del Capo, the symbol of the company, the result of the infusion of 29 herbs according to an ancient recipe from Calabria; Liquorice, the first and original liqueur of pure licorice; Vecchia Grappa Caffo, obtained from the distillation of selected batches of grape pomace from red and white grapes in water bath steam stills.
