Holidays 2013: suggestions for sparkling wine

Christmas 2013 and New Year are approaching, the sparkling wine will be our toast companion. The ADUC guide.

ADUC, the Users and Consumers Rights Association, has compiled a quick guide to choose bubbles in safety.

To note:

? classical method (meaning that it is made with the champenois method);

? produced and bottled by ... (a correct producer wishes to guarantee the quality of its product);

? the date of disgorging, namely, the elimination of the deposit that forms in the bottles.

? DOC (controlled designation of origin), DOCG (controlled designation of origin guaranteed), or a similar European abbreviation VSQPRD, which ensures that wine comes from a determined geographical area.
