Here is the European Commission Report on Organic

The evaluation report of the EU Commission has been published which analyzes the rules of the European regulation on organic production from 2009 to today.

There are four main themes:

- the function of the regulation in question;

- the ban on the use of GMOs in organic production;

-the functioning of the internal market and the control system;

-the import regime.

The aim is to stimulate a constructive debate on the rules relating to organic farming, with the European Parliament, the Council and other stakeholders to improve action priorities and simplify legislation and improve controls.
