"Gravner – Coltivare il vino": in Venice the presentation of the new book

Meeting on 26th May with the new book on the winegrower Jo?ko Gravner in Venice.



On Tuesday, 26th May 2015, at 6:00 p.m., the Goldoni Bookshop in Venice hosts the presentation of the book "Gravner – Coltivare il Vino". Edited by Cucchiaio d’Argento, the book pays homage to Jo?ko Gravner, a winemaker of Oslavia (Gorizia). Jo?ko Gravner will be present in the meeting for a path of words and images with Stefano Caffarri, of Il Cucchiaio d’Argento, author of the book. To chair the debate, Claudio De Min, a journalist of Il Gazzettino. At the conclusion, a tasting of the new vintage of Ribolla 2007. Admission is free.

Gravner is considered one of the fathers of rigorous viticulture in Italy and abroad. His company in Oslavia (Gorizia) is now known throughout the world for the wines produced in amphorae with long maceration on the skins.

The book is available in all bookshops at a cover price of 19 Euro.
