Gin Tabar recipe: CASONI GIN TONIC

Its popularity is due to the simplicity of preparation and the wide choice of gins on the market. Gin Tonic by Casoni is prepared with Gin Tabar , derived from the skilful blending of 9 different botanicals according to an ancient technique belonging to the Casoni craft distillery. The heart of juniper blends with citrus notes of sweet and bitter orange . Herbaceous aromas of angelica and coriander emerge , the spicy ones of cardamom and the scent of rosemary . The hints of chamomile and anise give it delicacy and freshness.

Ingredients

- 4 cl Gin Tabar Casoni

- 10cl tonic water

- Ice

Method:

Fill a Copa de Balon with large, clear ice cubes. Pour the Gin Tabar Casoni and follow with the tonic water. If you like, you can squeeze a lemon wedge and garnish with a lemon wedge.
