Gambellara: a center for the promotion of winemaking and tourism has been inaugurated

The barns of the Cera Palace in Gambellara are home to the new Service Center for the wine and tourism promotion of Gambellara and of the valley of Chiampo


Thanks to the cooperation of the Mayor of Gambellara Michela Doro, of the mayors of the valley, of the President of the Consortium for the Protection of the Gambellara Wines (Giuseppe Zonin) and of the President of the Road of Recioto (Luca Framarin) it was possible to create a center for the development of wine tourism in Gambellara and in the valley of Chiampo.

The just opened premise houses the seats of the Consortium for the Protection of the Gambellara Wines, of the Road of Recioto and of the Gambellara Doc Wines.

Inside, the new center has also a small meeting room, an area used as a wine cellar and outside, behind the Cera Palace, a little paved square that in the coming months will host the first cultural events related to Gambellara DOC wines. At the inauguration the series of “Le Barchesse del Vino” events were presented, that focus on the marriage of “classical and lively culture”, inspired by the two souls of the DOC wines of this region and by synergistic collaborations with organizations and festivals in Veneto.
