Le Carline partners of the “Social Agrinet” pilot project

Promote concrete projects of social integration, which lead to a real reintegration of disadvantaged people into the world of work and into society. With this aim, Le Carline, a Pramaggiore (VE) winery that has always made correctness, consistency, loyalty and respect its founding principles, becomes an active part of the "Social Agrinet" project, promoted by the Alternativa Ambiente social cooperative and supported by Psr Veneto, created in collaboration with the Work Integration Service of the Ulss 2 Marca trevigiana and the provincial consortium Intesa-Cca.

The ultimate aim of the project is the socio-labour integration of people with social hardship in the agricultural sector, overcoming the prejudices and recruitment difficulties they too often encounter. The role of Le Carline is to train specialized tutors , defined as "professional tutors", able to guide these people during the cultivation operations in the vineyard. To date, le Carline has contributed to the training of four tutors, introduced to the operations that are carried out throughout the year in the vineyard (pruning, stripping, suckering, harvesting, etc.), who in turn have supported 16 workers.

In addition to opening up many concrete employment opportunities, the project has allowed the development of a real operational protocol , which optimizes job placement in agricultural enterprises in the area. In training the tutors, the commitment of the agronomists was joined by that of a team of psychologists who guided them from a relational-educational point of view, as fundamental as the manual one.

"We are convinced that, in order to be able to qualify our business as ethically responsible, it must pursue working models that respect and safeguard human rights, the well-being of communities, and that promote human development in an equitable and sustainable way" says Daniele Piccinin, owner of Le Carline . "For us it is essential that all our initiatives, communications and relationships that we maintain with our supply chain are characterized by correctness, consistency, loyalty and mutual respect, which are the foundations of our own business management."
