Thursday 16 November at 8.30 pm , in the headquarters in the center of Breganze (Vicenza), the wine communicator will tell the public the idea underlying the instantbook and the particular drafting process, the result of a comparison between the author and intelligence artificial. In particular, Adua Villa asked the AI a series of questions about ideal food and wine pairings within everyday and mundane contexts, stimulating it, putting it to the test, in some cases provoking it. The author has dissected some dishes and dynamics typical of Italian cuisine, arriving at sometimes bizarre results and combinations. “It is only the first step towards a forceful entry of artificial intelligence into the world of wine – says Adua Villa –.
