Friulano on Tour 2013: success for Northern Europe wine

Protagonists of the success of “Friuliano On Tour” the Fvg wines of 130 wineries representing all Fvg Doc. From Germany (Hamburg and Berlin) to Rome, to end in Brussels, Amsterdam and Copenhagen, the main cities of Northern Europe.

“The necessity and the desire to work together made ​​us go even further – Giorgio Badin, president of the Consortium of Fvg Doc, emphasises – hosting in Belgium and in the Netherlands a group of producers of Enoteca Barolo, in a kind of twinning started already last July when our region was invited in Piedmont at the cultural and gastronomic Festival “Collisions”. The public approval rewarded the choice of being able to taste the great white wines of Friuli alongside the great red wines of the Langhe and Monferrato, confirming that through strategic partnerships of this magnitude there will be the opportunity also in the future to transmit, to operators and consumers around the world, a clear idea of quality in wines that come from suited and complementary in their productions areas.
