Francesco Delle Grottaglie elected new president of the Consortium for the Protection of Primitivo di Manduria

Francesco Delle Grottaglie, president of the Cantolio winery, is the new president of the Primitivo di Manduria Protection Consortium.

Fifty-seven years old, from Erchie (Brindisi).

The appointment was made today by the new Board of Directors which unanimously entrusted the president of the well-known Mandurian company with the prestigious task of leading the Consortium through the challenges of a market, such as that of wine, which is increasingly projected in a dimension of global competition.

"My goal - affirms the new president - is to give more identity to Primitivo di Manduria both nationally and internationally. A big good luck to my team and a special wish to the newly named rose, Novella Pastorelli and Dalila Gianfreda ".

Alongside Delle Grottaglie , the vice presidents Novella Pastorelli (representative of the Cantine Due Palme, Cellino San Marco and Lizzano plants) and Roberto Erario (Cantine Erario), while the councilors are: Dalila Gianfreda (Antica Masseria Jorche), B enedetto Lorusso (Giordano Vini di Torricella), Cosimo Pompigna (La Popolare di Sava Cooperative Winery), Giovanni Dinoi (Cantine Pliniana), Francesco Filograno ( Cantolio) and Raffaele Sammarco (Consorzio Produttori Vini).
