Forum on Food and Nutrition 2013 in Milan is taking palce at the moment: the issues are engaging the most authoritative experts in nutrition, climate impacts, sustainability and focus on the “paradoxes–emergency” of today: water, the categorical imperative for a sustainable planet, the wastage of food and obesity that accompany a still growing increase in hunger in the world, the reckless exploitation of resources of the only planet we have with the call to redefine and enhance the ethical and cultural dimension related to food and nutrition.
