First Saba Gastronimic Contest

The first edition of the first "Saba gastronimic contest" for food bloggers has started. Saba is the cooked must that is still made in many regions of Italy.

An interesting initiative that combines the local culinary culture with the internet.

The competition is organized by "Azienda Vitivinicola Mariotti" with the collaboration of the Consortium "Il Gusto di Ferrara" .

Below is the regulation of this unique initiative:

- The competition is open to 20 food bloggers who will receive a 100 ml sample of "La Saba", the cooked must of the Mariotti Winery
- Participation is free ; competitors are asked to make a recipe that has "La Saba" among the main ingredients.

Participants, who must have a blog updated at least weekly, must follow the timing listed below which involves the creation of a first post in which their participation in the competition will be witnessed with explicit reference to this article (link to Percorsi Di Vino e Ma che you eaten) and the organizers (Azienda Vitivinicola Mariotti in collaboration with the Consortium "Il Gusto di Ferrara"). Subsequently, a post will be drafted in which the recipe will be presented, using all the multimedia contents that the competitors will want to use.

The development foresees the following timing:

From 6 to 19 February: receipt of registrations and creation of the launch post by the competitors. To register, send an email to: info@percorsidivino.com with name, surname and Blog.

From 20 to 29 February: sending of samples

From 1st to 31st March: creation of the recipe and preparation of the post for its presentation

From 1 to 15 April: evaluation of the posts and meeting of the Jury whose composition will be communicated by 19 February

From 16 to 30 April: communication of the winner and sending of the prizes:

- Prizes: there will be a single prize for the winner consisting of a basket of typical Ferrara products offered by the "Il Gusto di Ferrara" Consortium, partner of the initiative, and promotional and tourist material from the Province of Ferrara.

Participants will also be sent a banner that will testify their participation (one of which is personalized for the winner) and which, at their discretion, can be published on their blog.

The material produced will be at the complete disposal of the Organizers, who reserve the right to use it for other future initiatives.

The judgment of the Jury is unquestionable.

Competitors, upon registration, accept this regulation in its entirety.
