Fenoglio will appear on the labels of Barolo to save the “Censa di Placido Canonica”
The Terre di Barolo Cooperative with Einaudi and the Bottari Lattes foundation want to sell Barolo doc paired with the novel “La Malora”, with appropriate labels dedicated to Fenoglio. The idea arose in S.Stefano Belbo to save the “Censa di Placido Canonica”, a place described by Fenoglio in his tales “La Malora” and “Un Giorno di Fuoco&rduqo;.
