Villa Lario Euro–Toques hosted the annual convention of Euro–Toques Italia, the only association of chefs recognized by the European Union.
The about 50 chefs from all over Italy, this morning, started a comparison to the highest levels on issues of Italian haute cuisine, during and after Expo 2015, and renewed confidence to the Chairman who, for the next three years, will remain Enrico Derflingher.
«It is an honour to me to represent the best Italian chefs associated with Euro–Toques – Enrico Derflingher said – and, thanks to the contribution of the newcomer in the board, we will have the possibility to program new and important initiatives during the next three years. I take this opportunity to wish a good job to the Vice–Chairman Ceriotti and to the new members, Urso, D’Amico and Nogara, who will have the task of maintaining at very high levels the debate within the association and the program of the events of Euro–Toques Italia».
