"Expert Vs Passionate" Chianti Classico between public and critics

On the occasion of the Biennale Enogastronomica Fiorentina on the 10th November (18.30) at the former Tribunale di Firenze Il Gallo Nero confronts critics and audiences.

The initiative is very interesting: a large jury of fans express their opinion on some of the Chianti Classico wines selected thanks to the wine guides 2013

The world of wine has a very competent criticism that relies on an audience of fans increasingly demanding. The critics and the public sometimes clash, sometimes fighting each other but they are definitely united to the love of "something": wine.

The Chianti Classico Wine Consortium aims to play down the report with critical public proposing a meeting "Expert VS lover" and by comparing the judgment of the best Italian critics with that of the public Biennale Enogastronomica Fiorentina.

On the 10th November in Florence will be tasted blind eight Chianti Classico rewarded by the guides. A judge this time, however, the jury will be made up of wine lovers the Biennale in a tasting led by Judge-gastronome Leonardo Romanelli. At the end of the tasting the public will give a score (expressed in "Galli Blacks" from 1 to 5) in each wine that will confront one of the guides.
