EXCELLENCES BELLS THE CRAFT BEER FESTIVAL IS COMING

Once again this week, from Excellencies Campane and Verace Sudd, the encounter with taste, tradition and territory could not be missed. The invitation is for Friday 9 and Saturday 10 October to the " Craft Beer Festival " in the venue in via Brin in Naples.

The double evening will offer dedicated dishes and a wide range of possible combinations with top quality craft beers. In particular, the food and wine center will offer a selection of house craft beers: from Session Apa to Helles-style beer, from the sweet Bock Alc, to Nova Tripel. Along with a selection of craft beers chosen specifically for the occasion, which will include a Kamaleon Rauch Bock, the classic Weizen, a Vienna Lager and the Arsa Schwarz Rauch.

A true expert in the sector will accompany guests in the tasting. The appointment is at 8.30 pm with Luigi Manzo , an important and well-prepared selector of craft beers.

There will also be gastronomic delicacies. All the professionals of the taste of Campania Excellence will propose a menu that goes best with the drinks. At the Friggitoria space, a browned and fried cut of yellow chicken with potato chips and artisanal citrus mayonnaise will be available. Osteria Irpina will serve a pork roast, or roast pork with beer, with a side of potatoes blasted with thyme, rosemary, breadcrumbs and parmesan. The Pizzeria will present for the Feast "La Sapita" with baked potatoes, provola, farmer's cooked ham, basil and pecorino cream. At the Braceria it will be possible to taste the Cillo pork shank with new potatoes and the Panuozzeria will dedicate to the evening a panuozzo with Provola, sausage, baked potatoes and rosemary oil

Finally, there will be a sweet note, thanks to the special Apple Strudel prepared for the occasion by the Pastry shop .

Everything will take place on the lively notes of N'ata Maneira and their Neapolitan music in a jazz fusion key.

The special discounts dedicated to guests also continue and, with participation in the event, there is a special discount of 20% on the purchase of all the products of the Market and the Excellence Campane dairy.
