After the great success and satisfaction received in the stores in Naples and Rome, Excellence Campane and Verace Sudd - Excellence on the Table present in the menu of the restaurant in via Cusani in Milan the pizza in the wheel, an ancient way of cooking one of the symbolic dishes of Italy.
The ruoto is a round oven pan that was used to cook a pizza very different from how we know it. Originally, it was even prepared with what remained of the bread dough and was immediately consumed also to celebrate the ingredient of the moment. Another detail concerns the type of cooking, characterized by more generous doses of seasoning that guarantee softness and humidity while being more consistent than traditional Neapolitan cooking.
