Croatian Commissioner stated that the rules are very clear and that he likes both wines. The Croatian Commissioner Mimica gave his opinion on the issue Prosecco-Prosek: ''The Commission services are engaged in discussions to ensure that there is clarity'' between the Italian Prosecco and the Croatian Prosek. Mimica also pointed out that ''there are very clear rules regarding wines''.
Neven Mimica has recently been elected Commissioner for Consumer Protection and "As a consumer - he adds - I know that the two wines are two very different products and I appreciate them both''.
