Enoteca Regionale Calabria: it opens on 25th October 2013

The opening of Enoteca Regionale Calabria of the Province of Cosenza is near.

“The first regional winehouse of Calabria wines opens" the president of the Province of Cosenza Mario Oliverio said, in view of the opening. "The Enoteca - Oliverio continued - will be a vehicle in the service of the winemaking companies of Calabria that in recent years have been able to make a quantum leap and achieve important goals, projecting our wines in the circuit of the Italian and European wine excellences. It will be a place open to meetings, confrontations, learning – an important step to foster a new culture, able to bet on the quality of agricultural food production. An opportunity for the restaurant industry which must be accompanied with decision, with projects that should have the aim of enhancing more and more the gastronomic offer based on our agricultural food production, used to the best to meet the taste and the expectations of consumers. A factor of prime importance, this, which paves the way to tourism development”.

Enoteca Regionale di Calabria wants to be the home of the Calabria winegrowers, as well as the richest showcase of food production in the region, and crossroad of the culinary excellences that the territory of Calabria is able to express: from oil to salami, from meats to cheese, from fruits to wine.
