The best Prosecco in his opinion is the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry "Le rive di Ogliano" Vintage Masottina of 2010, awards for Perlage Animae Brut, Cartizze Villa Sandi Vigna Rivetta brut.
