De Lucca: Ircano De Lucca

Ircano De Lucca, born in 1932, will receive the certificate and the medal of Cangrande during Vinitaly 2014, to announce it, Franco Manzato, assessor for Veneto Agriculture.

Ircano De Lucca is an undisputed protagonist of the development of the oenology in the “Sinistra Piave” area: he worked for Cantina Sociale Cooperativa of Ponte di Piave, Friulvini, Cantina Sociale of Campodipietra, Cantine Viticoltori Veneto Orientale, Casa Vinicola Bosco Malera Srl of Salgareda, and those are just some of the names of the winemaking realities in the Veneto region where Ircano De Lucca played front rank roles.

«I wanted to disclose this information – Manzato states – because De Lucca is a person who deserves to be thanked for what he has done for the wine of Veneto, beyond the occasion to reward him the official recognition of Cangrande.
