Already ranked third in the Naziole competition, Daniele Arcangeli (pictured) also deserved the title of Best Sommelier of Tuscany 2012.
In the frame of the Franciacorta Festival in Versilia in Marina di Pietrasanta the competition was held to establish the best Tuscan Ais.
Daniele Arcangeli, sommelier at the Hotel Principe in Forte dei Marmi met with Sokol Ndreko, from the same hotel, Fabio Bellini from Casa Emma in Empoli, Luca Degl'Innocenti from La Tagliatella in Arezzo, Franco Marsili from Enoteca Marsili in Lucca Valerio Mearini from the Mearini Pastry Shop in Quarrata, Iacopo Tonelli from the Fitzcarraldo Brewery in Florence and Ferruccio Pera from the Gosto & Mea Restaurant in Lucca.
Arcangeli won it brilliantly, leaving Luca Degl'innocenti and Iacopo Tonelli on the second step of the podium ex aequo.
