The Consortium joins emerging chefs at the Best Emerging Chef Award of Central Italy to be held from Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd September within the Expo Rurale event, the agricultural and agri-food typicality fair of Tuscany.
The Consortium will supply young cooks with IGP Tuscan oil for their dishes. The noble Tuscan oil will marry with the recipes of the challengers of central Italy. Whoever wins this competition will go to Rome to participate in the final Best Emerging Chef of Italy 2012 from 20 to 22 October.
The IGP Tuscan Olive Oil Consortium supports established and emerging chefs in culinary contests. The Consortium always aims for quality.
