The products of the company Colesel of Valdobbiadene (TV) have been chosen to accompany the dishes of the more than once awarded Gennaro Esposito. The Michelin-starred chef of the restaurant Torre del Saracino in Vico Equense (NA), with its Michelin stars and Three Forks Gambero Rosso, deserves to be considered one of the top 3 best Italian chefs of the Gambero Rosso Guide 2011.
An excellent curriculum, the one of Esposito, who has chosen another Excellence marrying its achievements with the winery Colesel of Valdobbiadene's project.
The company now produces 200,000 bottles a year, including the Superiore di Cartizze sparkling Dry and Brut (the first company of sparkling wines to produce it in this version), the Valdobbiadene sparkling Extra Dry "Fontana Vecia" and the Valdobbiadene Spumante Brut.
For the winery of Gennaro Esposito the chosen wines are the Superiore di Cartizze Brut DOCG sparkling wine and the Valdobbiadene Extra Dry sparkling DOCG "Fontana Vecia".
