Clini at Federvini: environmental sustainability provides competitive advantage

The former environment minister, Corrado Clini, intervened at the assembly of Federvini stating that: "Wine is a flag of Italy in the World. To associate this flag with the environmental one is an important opportunity in the perspective of competition".

Clini was referring to the Viva Sustainble Wine ministerial project, that promotes environmental sustainability in the wine sector. Clini added that "the environmental quality certification is an added value for international competition. It is an initiative that helps the environment and that together with the economy of a specific sector is a factor of growth for the country''.
