Thus was born a sweet wine unique in charm, Invernaia Passito Colli di Scandiano e di Canossa DOP, an excellence that originates from a careful selection of Spergola bunches, slightly dried and harvested by hand in small boxes.
The precious temperature range, the privileged exposure to sunlight and the rich composition of the soil are the fundamental characteristics that guarantee high quality production.
This wine becomes part of the Invernaia collection, the line of still wines that bring together the values of the territory of the province of Reggio Emilia, enclosed in an hourglass.
The name recalls the evolution and maturation in the cellar during the winter, a necessary wait to obtain high quality wines. Linked by their fragrance and minerality, they combine freshness and balance to be combined with the innovative dishes of modern Italian cuisine.

Bright golden yellow in colour, the nose offers persuasive hints of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, hints of honey, dried fruit and a very delicate final sweet spiciness leading to an intense, elegant taste with a certain personality with softness and freshness in perfect balance.

BOUQUET: deep and complex olfactory bouquet, hints of honey, candied citrus fruits, dried figs, apricot and peach in syrup with a minty herbaceous note
