Champagne Experience 2023, the sale of tickets for the sixth edition is underway

Preparations for the 6th edition of Champagne Experience, the reference event in Italy dedicated to champagne, continue at full speed. In fact, the presale of online tickets has begun for the event to be held in Modena organized by Società Excellence - a reality that brings together twenty-one of the major Italian importers and distributors of excellent wines and spirits - and the usual scheduling of the master classes, as well as the adhesion by the Champagne producers.

On Sunday 15th and Monday 16th October the spaces of ModenaFiere will host the wines of over 140 champagne companies including historic Maisons and small vignerons, ready to introduce a very substantial number of interpretations to the many professionals of the Horeca sector, increasingly attentive to the novelties, types and new vintages of a sector that sees Italy among the most important markets in the world for the sale of champagne.

“Champagne Experience is a point of reference both nationally and now in Europe. This makes us proud and at the same time makes us all responsible for wanting to create an event that increasingly lives up to the expectations of its many visitors” comments Luca Cuzziol , president of Società Excellence. The latest official data on champagne imports in Italy confirm the centrality of Italy for its distribution and knowledge. "The 11.5% growth in volumes, with 10.6 million bottles in 2022, is certainly indicative of the great interest in our country" adds Pietro Pellegrini vice president of Excellence Society . “That's why a professional event that knows how to make this magnificent wine known to operators in the sector with competence represents a fundamental added value for the whole sector ”.

For two days, over 800 champagnes can be tasted by visitors in the five thousand square meters of Pavilion A of Modena Fiere. They will be divided according to their geographical origin, corresponding to the different Champagne production areas – Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, Côte des Blancs, Aube, in addition to the classic maisons gathered in a specific area – with the aim of offering a sensory experience within a clear and well-organized scenario.
