Cecchetto and AIPD: everything is ready for the bottling of solidarity Raboso

Saturday 11 March , from 8.00 to 12.00, the boys of the Italian Association of Down People (AIPD) – sez. Marca Trevigiana will return to the Cecchetto winery to bottle the Raboso del Piave 2022 harvested and pressed during the harvest of last October 15th. This year's production will give life to about 1,500 personalized bottles with labels designed and signed by the AIPD guys, which they will present at the Veneto Region stand during the next Vinitaly . The bottling team will be made up of: Michele and Andrea for bottle filling, Matteo and Stefano for the capper, Michele for the capper, Michael, Erika, Giulia and Antonella for the labeling counter. “Eighteen harvests of Raboso del Piave with AIPD for eighteen years in the company of incredible kids, families and volunteers – declares Giorgio Cecchetto -. Being able to be part of a concrete and supportive project that involves the entire community is a source of great satisfaction for us. A commitment that does not stop at a single initiative but which is declined on all fronts of social sustainability, doing business in a shared and inclusive way and never leaving anyone behind". The project, which is part of the social autonomy activities of AIPD, enhances on the one hand the strength and uniqueness of Raboso del Piave - the only native red grape variety of the Marca Trevigiana - in creating moments of aggregation and sharing with the community, on the other, the particularities, traditions and history of a territory capable of withstanding adversity and reinventing itself by focusing on environmental protection and the value of human relationships. Also this year Amorim Cork Italia has joined the initiative and will be present at the appointment by donating its caps to the young people, who will be able to bottle Raboso del Piave 2022 with sustainable and quality closure solutions.
