During the last shareholders' meeting, the budget for the 2022-2023 financial year was presented, which particularly highlights a good export performance.

The results presented during the annual meeting of Cantina Settecani members , which took place in recent days at the Levizzano Rangone Castle, are very positive. The data highlights a growth in sales thanks to the strategy of increasingly focusing on the valorisation of the territory through a range of labels: one of the best ways to celebrate, in the current year, the centenary of the historic Cooperative in the province of Modena - in the hamlet of the same name on the border between the towns of Castelvetro, Castelnuovo Rangone and Spilamberto. In detail, revenues went from almost 5 million, five hundred thousand euros to 6 million, two hundred thousand euros. “During the last financial year – commented Paolo Martinelli , President of Cantina Settecani – we sold just over one and a half million bottles, offering increasingly demanding consumers wines at a fair price and with high quality standards on various channels distribution: from Ho.Re.Ca., to sales through distributors, in large-scale distribution and retail at our production site. Furthermore, over the last year, the presence of our labels has grown in the most important markets between Europe, North America and Asia. The main basins are in particular the USA and Japan, while the countries served have become twenty, with the recent entry of Brazil. A positive trend which saw an increase in exports of 4.5%" . “Wine, land and history. Together looking to the future” was the title of the round table, which on the sidelines of the Members' Assembly, celebrated with a new appointment the Centenary of Cantina Settecani. During his speech, President Martinelli also wanted to highlight the particular attention to sustainability issues, to which particular attention will be paid in the coming years. "In the next investments we will aim to make Cantina Settecani a production reality that is increasingly attentive to the protection of the environment and future generations - the President explained to those present - Our next objective is to create a latest generation photovoltaic system which will allow a further reduction in emissions CO2 and make our cooperative increasingly green". A plan consistent with what has been done in the recent past by Cantina Settecani which, following the VIVA certified sustainability program for Italian viticulture, and also thanks to the PSR Minerva project of the Emilia Romagna Region, has carried out a sustainable supply chain path, which constitutes a virtuous example and creates value in the quality of the wines and in the maintenance of the identity system of the territory and its community. The event also saw the participation of Alessio Mammi , the Councilor for Agriculture of the Emilia-Romagna Region, Claudio Biondi , President of the Consorzio Tutela Lambrusco Doc, Emilia Muratori , President of the Unione Terre di Castelli, Paolo Corbini , Director of the City of Wine, Antonietta Mazzeo , National Councilor of the “Le Donne del Vino” Association, Mirco Gianaroli , President of the Castelvetro di Modena VITA Consortium, and Giorgia Mezzacqui , Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Castelvetro The 2023 harvest of Cantina Settecani. In the 260 hectares of vineyards cultivated by the 130 members of Cantina Settecani, the harvest is entering its crucial phases. In a general framework of great complexity, the cooperative's production areas were not affected by the meteorological events that occurred in the last phase of ripening of the bunches. To date, there is regular production with good overall quality
