“CAIAROSSA IN NATURA”: AN IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE AMONG MEDITERRANEAN SCRUB, FLORAL ART AND WINE

Rosemary, myrtle, mastic and broom, strawberry trees, holm oaks and cork oaks: the precious floral variety of the Mediterranean Macchia of Caiarossa is ready to welcome visitors, invited to slow down and let their senses guide them. Caiarossa presents “Caiarossa in Natura” , an experience that combines the creativity of floral art and the winemaking excellence of the area. On the occasion of RipaFiorita , the event dedicated to flowers that will enliven Riparbella on 24 and 25 May, Caiarossa proposes this special event designed to celebrate the harmony between man and nature.

On May 24th , at 10:15 am , participants will be accompanied on a guided walk through the paths of the Mediterranean scrub , an ecosystem rich in biodiversity that surrounds the estate. “ We want to offer an authentic and engaging experience - says Roberta Palma , Caiarossa Marketing Manager - in which participants can rediscover the deep connection with nature, through the colors and scents of our land. The encounter between floral art and wine represents a perfect expression of the soul of Caiarossa: harmony, beauty and sustainability ”.

Guests will collect wild flowers and plants to create an original floral composition . The workshop will be led by Stefania Novelli , a highly experienced flower designer , who will guide each participant in the creation of a small botanical work of art, enclosed in a wooden wine box to take home as a memento of the experience.

The day will continue with a visit to the Feng Shui cellar of Caiarossa , a symbol of harmony between the environment and wine production, followed by a tasting of two wines accompanied by an aperitif with typical local products.

“Caiarossa in Natura” is in fact the first event in a series of experiences that the estate dedicates to the valorization of the Mediterranean scrub, a natural heritage that makes the landscape of Riparbella unique, suspended between the hills and the sea .
