Bottura: the starred Chef wears the Constitution

Chef Bottura, undisputed star in the world, has worn the Constitution to take back our pride of being Italian

“Abroad, the image of Made in Italy is huge and there is a great interest in the Italian way of life. We must take back our pride, regain a sense of belonging to Italy”. To say this, Massimo Bottura at the opening of Musa, the Museum of Delicatessen promoted by Villani in Castelnuovo Rangone near Modena. Bottura, for the occasion, wore a three–color pashmina with the Article 2 of the Constitution of the Italian Republic written on it.

“The Republic recognizes and guarantees the inviolable rights of the person, both as an individual and in the social groups where human personality is expressed. The Republic expects that the fundamental duties of political, economic and social solidarity be fulfilled”.

“There are still people willing to dream, and the managing director of the historic delicatessen company of Emilia, Giuseppe Villani, has done well investing in his territory”.
