Bonollo will lead the Grappa National Institute. After two terms Cesare Mazzetti left the leadership as President of the Grappa National Institute in favour to Elvio Bonollo, The businessman at the leadership of Bonollo Umberto Distilleries , historical company on the market since 1908 in Mestrino, in the province of Padua.
Bonollo had previously held the role of Vice President while Mazzetti haa the leadership and now have ruled as Mazzetti took the role of Vice President until 2015.
