Bewine in Trent: an achievement

Great success for the spring event organized in Trentofiere by the Winegrowers of Trentino Association.

Bewine brought together about fifty exhibitors. Many are the events, such as the Magnum Party on Friday evening and the Cooking Shows on Saturday and Sunday afternoon, organized for both children and adults in the company of the most celebrated chefs in Trentino, like chef Paolo Dolzan of Ristorante Per Bacco in Mezzolombardo for the challenge 'Tricolor Spätzle', and Massimiliano Arer and Sergio Valentini of Locanda Delle Tre Chiavi in Isera.

Bewine gives the opportunity to known to the producers, to learn about the wines, to replenish cellars at affordable prices. Azienda Agricola Zanotelli and Azienda Agricola Pelz took part successfully in the event.
