On April 21, Dennis Metz won the title in Valle d'Aosta of best ais Sommelier in the region.
Metz works at Le petit restaurant of the Relais & Chateau Hotel Bellevue in Cogne (Aosta).
Second place to Barbara Dal Toè and third to Enrico Audisio.
Moreno Rossin President of Ais Valle D'Aosta commented «We are in the second year for this important appointment and it is a satisfaction not only for those who participated in the event, which represents a very important showcase, but for all the work put into practice by a group that is demonstrating professionalism, seriousness and continuity; it is therefore a success for everyone ».
