Bernardo Guicciardini Calamai reconfirmed president of the Morellino di Scansano DOCG Consortium

Bernardo Guicciardini Calamai was reconfirmed president of the Morellino di Scansano Consortium during the last Board of Directors meeting held on Friday 14 July at the Scansano headquarters, and will continue to lead the historic Maremma denomination for another three years.

Alongside him in this new mandate will be the vice presidents Alessandro Fiorini (Cantina Vignaioli di Scansano) and Ranieri Luigi Moris (Morisfarms) , who were reconfirmed in their positions, and director Alessio Durazzi .

The Board of Directors, which was renewed on 4 July, sees the entry of two new members: Andrea Cecchi (Casa Vinicola Cecchi) and Giulia Milaneschi (I Lecci) which are added to the re-elected Gaia Cerrito (Pietramora), Moreno Bruni (Az. Agr. Bruni), Leonardo Rossi (Poggio Brigante), Paolo Gobbi (Cantina Coop. Vignaioli), Giuseppe Mantellassi (Fattoria Mantellassi) and Rossano Teglielli (Tenuta Ghiaccio Forte)

Tuscan, born in 1966, Bernardo Guicciardini Calamai has been working for some time within the family businesses, including Massi di Mandorlaia, the estate that produces wine within the Maremma appellation.
