"LE MONDIAL DU ROSE '" gold medal for JEIO ROSE' of BISOL
The gold medal of the "Union des Oenologues de France" competition for rosé producers from all over the world is Italian.
"Le Mondial du Rosé" crowned the Jeio Cuvée Rosé Brut by Bisol, rewarding the renowned family for the high quality levels achieved in the creation of Cuvée.
How did this oenological joy come about?
The answer is Desiderio Bisol, the technical diter: "Jeio Rosé was born three years ago, when we sensed the qualitative potential of our vineyards grown in Merlot and Pinot Noir in areas historically suitable for the production of sparkling wine. Pinot Noir, which has always given its best here, surprised us as much as Merlot, which once again proved to be able to adapt to various interpretations. The vineyard of origin is hilly, leaning against the Venetian Pre-Alps, and has soils with a texture that goes from medium texture in the higher areas to silty sandy with gravelly fractions in the lower areas: this microclimate-soil-vine relationship allows the pink bubble to express itself at best both in freshness and in structure, minerality and evolution ".
Gianluca Bisol, general manager of Bisol, proudly explains that "this gold represents a further arrow in our bow for the conquest of international markets, very sensitive to the results of the French wine competitions".
