Masi debuted on the AIM market, the platform dedicated to small and medium–sized enterprises, putting on the pot 20% of the capital, in shares valued 4.60 euro each; beyond that, Masi Agricola has collected 29.6 million euro.
A "family" success but not only, since the company is controlled by the Boscaini family and the Alcedo private equity fund.
«We chose to open ourselves to Finance – the Chairman of Amarone Masi Sandro Boscaini said in a recent interview – because we got the message of adaptation that comes from the global market. For us, the capital is a means, not an end, we put at the service of a project».
