When the versatility of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena meets local tradition. The "Giro d'Italia" signed by Acetaia Giusti is underway

First stop: the Osteria "da Burde" in Florence. Rome and Milan will follow.

The special "Giro d'Italia" organized by Acetaia Giusti starts today from Florence, a tour dedicated to taste that will stop in three Italian cities, Florence, Rome and Milan, to tell not only the extremely high quality that distinguishes the Giusti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, but also its ability to combine with the numerous recipes of the Italian tradition and make any dish special.

To host this journey from north to south of the peninsula, organized by the oldest manufacturer of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena , some of the most famous and historic taverns in Italy that open their doors to journalists and influencers of the food and wine sector to let them discover the best expressions of the different collections of Giusti balsamic vinegars, paired with the main and most renowned dishes of their kitchens. The launch events dedicated to the press will be followed by tasting evenings dedicated to the public of enthusiasts and gourmands.

First stop in central Italy and precisely in Florence , where, at the historic "da Burde" tavern, and under the guidance of Claudio Stefani Giusti, 17th generation of the Giusti family and CEO of the company, the press participates in an exclusive lunch-tasting to discover the multiple versions that animate the Giusti production and that find a perfect match with the typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition.
