Acetaia Giusti has joined as a Supporting Member the Association of Friends of the University of Gastronomic Sciences, the first University in the world to be focused on the transdisciplinarity of food, with an approach to experiential teaching and an international network of Alumni, visiting professors, institutions and businesses.
Rinaldo Rava , vice president of the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo states “We welcome with pleasure the entry of Acetaia Giusti, a historic and distinctive reality of Italian agri-food excellence, as the new Supporting Member of our University. Together we will be able to develop - within our specific training action - knowledge sharing paths for our students: starting from workshops and meetings in Pollenzo up to the organization of educational trips, which are an essential component of our study plans, at the Acetaia headquarters and the production area".
With this membership, Acetaia Giusti becomes an active part of a network made up of some of the most important companies and institutions that operate in various capacities in the world of food production, sale and consumption and that share the commitment and strategic vision of the 'UNISG and for this reason are active alongside the university in designing and building new scenarios of sustainable growth and innovative food and cultural models .
Acetaia Giusti will thus have the opportunity to participate in the events and conferences promoted by the UNISG network which take place periodically at the University, but also to develop research projects that support innovation in the agro-industrial sector and naturally have a privileged channel of contact with University students.
