ACETAIA GIUSTI BRINGS ITS BOUTIQUES ABROAD

The historic company of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has opened the doors of its first Boutique abroad, in South Korea , one of the most potential markets for the company which already has a direct branch here and is investing on the commercial and marketing front with results in constant growth, recording a 20% in 2022.

Hosting the single-brand corner in Seoul is one of the prestigious Department Stores of Lotte , the main retail player in Korea with a turnover of over 10 billion euros, which for the first time in its history has allowed a foreign food company to have a exclusive space within its stores.

In continuity with what already happens in the Giusti Boutiques in Modena, Bologna and Milan , the new store in Seoul aims to lead customers on an ideal journey through the history of the company and tell the peculiarities of the precious Black Gold of Modena across the entire Giusti collection. The Giusti Boutiques are in fact experiential spaces in which to learn about the artisan tradition and Modenese customs linked to Balsamic Vinegar, discover the history of the Giusti family, familiarize yourself with the brand, taste and purchase the Giusti collections of Balsamic Vinegar and gourmet condiments.

This format, inaugurated in 2019 with the opening in the historic center of Modena, has become an authentic point of reference in Italy and soon also abroad, for gastronomy enthusiasts from all over the world and represents a fundamental tool for the company direct communication with its consumers.

GRAN DEPOSITO BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF GIUSEPPE GIUSTI The "Gran Deposito Aceto Balsamico di Giuseppe Giusti" is the oldest vinegar factory in the world, founded in 1605 in Modena and is the most representative brand among quality Balsamic Vinegar. Today, the historic vinegar factory is led by the 17th generation of the family: Claudio Stefani Giusti, who pursues brilliant expansion objectives through young and flexible company management. The headquarters in an ancient agricultural village on the outskirts of Modena hosts the heart of Giusti production, including the 600 historic barrels from the 1700s and 1800s still in operation, and the Giusti Museum: a space dedicated to the transmission of the family's history and to the tasting of the '"Black gold of Modena". Acetaia Giusti products are distributed in dedicated corners within the La Rinascente Milan and Rome stores, in the best food and wine boutiques in Italy and in the Giusti Boutiques, a new retail format launched in 2019.
