The wine that celebrates the 150th anniversary of the conquest of Cervino is a "brut nature" produced with the traditional method in 600 numbered bottles, almost without sugars, with good freshness and fine minerality, of typical aromas and a slight hint of almond on the final.
To make it, Cave du Mont Blanc, a company specialized in the production of white wines (Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle in the first place) and "heroic" sparkling wines.
