In Sardinia, the winemaker put wine for seven months 28 meters deep in the waters of the Protected Area of Gianni Olandi
Now the 700 bottles of Akenta have emerged after a process of conservation 28 meters deep in the waters of Porto Conte Park.
The underwater wine cellar, according to the promoters, is the ideal condition for aging wine: constant temperature, pressure, not direct light, no vibration.
The experiment wanted by the Social Cooperative Winery of Santa Maria La Palma in collaboration with the Park concluded an innovative process that is unique in Italy.
