The 68th Congress of Assoenologi has begun.
Many protagonists of the congress "The territory, the wine and the enologist" until Sunday in Alba.
Three work sessions:
1. "The approach to the wine market", with the experiences of Piero Antinori, Angelo Gaja, Angelo Maci;
2. "Piedmont, its territory, its wines", a sensory analysis of some Piedmontese oenological pearls conducted by Piero Cane, president of the Assoenologi Piedmont Section, and Riccardo Cotarella, national president of Assoenologi;
3. "The viticulture of the New World in the light of recent climatic conditions", with the experiences of American, Argentine and South African winemakers.
