The Portuguese group Corticeira Amorim , group leader of the Amorim Cork holding , a leading company in the world of corks , strengthens its position in the sector with the purchase of Trefinos , a historic Spanish company with a solid commercial network also in Italy, leader in production and marketing of corks for sparkling wines .
The deal was closed for 15.1 million euro and led to the purchase of the 90.91% stake of the company.
