Wine & Thecity opens the doors of the Monumental Complex Donnaregina Diocesan Museum of Naples

Thursday 24 September, from 6 pm, Wine & Thecity , the exhibition that celebrates the culture of good wine, will be at the Monumental Complex of Donnaregina - Diocesan Museum of Naples , for years the heart of the event.

An evening guided tour of the Museum's art collection is scheduled, an itinerary that ranges from Gothic to Baroque, among canvases, paintings, sculptures, gold, in one of the most evocative and exciting places in Naples.

At the end of the guided tour follows the tasting narrated in the Cloister of the Donnaregina Vecchia Church with the wines of two famous wineries from Campania: in the glasses the Neroametà Aglianico Campania IGT of the Mastroberardino company, winemakers in Atripalda in Irpinia and the Tenuta Dei Preti 2019 Ischia Biancolella wines Doc cru and Pithecusa Rosso 2017 of the Tommasone Vini winery on the island of Ischia for five generations.

In combination with the bakery products of De Cecco, main sponsor of Wine & Thecity, and the mozzarella of the EBufala dairy which for the first time is presented to the public, awaiting the inauguration of the new Casa Madre gastronomic center of which it will be the flagship product.

Guided tours will start every 30 minutes, from 6pm to 8pm (time of the last visit).

The Wine & Thecity 2020 edition will take place in compliance with the regulations in force for the prevention of Covid-19, all events will be with admission by reservation and compulsory registration; access will be allowed with a mask and temperature measurement.
