Dinners on the terrace and picnics among the rows of vines are complemented by year-round cellar experiences, allowing you to experience wine in the place where it takes shape.

With the arrival of summer, Ventiventi is ready to welcome its guests with a calendar of events designed to experience wine and Emilian hospitality. The Razzaboni family 's organic winery, led by three brothers, Riccardo, Andrea, and Tommaso , founded in 2020 in the heart of the winemaking district north of Modena and now a benchmark for Emilian Metodo Classico, transforms summer into an invitation to slow down, among the rows and under the open sky, following the rhythm of the vineyard.

Hospitality active all year round

Hospitality is an integral part of Ventiventi's vision and is expressed throughout the year through a structured offering of tours and experiences by reservation. Guided tours allow you to delve into the heart of the winery, exploring the production processes and the philosophy behind every decision, from organic vineyard management to aging on the lees.

Within the estate's seventy hectares , thirty of which are vineyards , local and international grape varieties coexist, cultivated with respect for the land and its rhythms. The tour concludes with a tasting of the most representative labels, an expression of an approach that combines tradition and innovation to give a new voice to the Emilian Classic Method .

Ventiventi's hospitality also extends to shared moments: personalized lunches and dinners invite guests into a cozy atmosphere, where the cuisine pairs with the wine in a continuous dialogue between Modenese tradition and contemporary sensibility, in an atmosphere filled with light and nature.

The winery thus becomes a space to be experienced, not just visited. Among the rows of vines and the welcoming spaces, the ideal setting takes shape for celebrating important moments, from anniversaries to weddings . Every occasion finds its place here, amidst discreet elegance and family warmth, with tailor-made experiences overseen directly by the family, ensuring that every encounter becomes a lasting memory.

Summer in the cellar: experiencing the vineyard

With the warmer weather, the experience opens outward and finds its most authentic dimension in the vineyard.

Our most authentic identity emerges during the summer ,” the Razzaboni brothers explain. “ The long lead times, the respect for the raw materials, the choice to never force processes: in this season, everything becomes a tangible experience for those who visit us. The most authentic way to understand it is to taste it right here, where it is born. With the vineyards at their most beautiful and the days getting longer, every detail takes on a different intensity .”

Starting in May, the terrace overlooking the vineyards hosts dinners by reservation , where local cuisine is reinterpreted with a contemporary twist and accompanied by the most representative wines, from the 100% Pignoletto Blanc de Blancs to the Rosé made from Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes, and the Rouge de Noirs made from Lambrusco di Salamino di Santa Croce grapes . As the light fades, DJ sets enhance the sunset atmosphere and continue into the evening hours.

Among the most distinctive offerings is the Vineyard Picnic , scheduled twice a month between June and July . After a welcome glass of wine, each guest receives a basket containing their chosen wine and is escorted to a private vineyard, set up to ensure tranquility and immersion in the landscape. The menu, available in traditional or vegetarian versions, punctuates a slow pause among the vines, giving way to an immersive experience.

Ventiventi was founded with the idea of seamlessly combining production and hospitality. The same attention that guides the maturation of the Metodo Classico wines, with labels that spend up to forty months on the lees, is reflected in the hospitality, built on a direct and family-friendly approach, where every experience is designed to restore harmony between the wine, the place, and the time that created it.
