TRESORT OIL GLAMPING OFFICIALLY OPENED

A redevelopment project that has led to the creation of a high-end hospitality facility. It is with this in mind that the new Tresort Oil Glamping in Principina Terra, in the province of Grosseto, was inaugurated yesterday, Thursday, June 25th. Nestled in the Tuscan Maremma and just a short distance from some of the world's most famous cities, such as Siena, Florence, and Arezzo, the new facility, born from the vision of entrepreneur Massimo Bismuto , was unveiled in the presence of local, regional, and national dignitaries, including the Honorable Fabrizio Rossi and the Tuscany Regional Councilor for Economics, Leonardo Marras. Tresort Oil Glamping is located in an area abandoned for over 20 years, which, thanks to Bismuto's investment, is now being reborn. An ambitious project, launched five years ago, stemming from the idea of reclaiming abandoned land and ruins, to preserve and enhance the countryside with a hospitality facility that aims to become a high-end tourist destination for an international clientele. Tresort will also generate significant direct and indirect benefits for the surrounding area, so much so that it already employs more than 20 people, with the goal of increasing this number in the coming months.

Nestled among olive groves and the scents of the Maremma, Tresort Oil Glamping is a place where nature meets exclusivity and hospitality becomes an authentic experience. A contemporary resort inspired by Tuscan tradition, created for those seeking peace, beauty, and a true connection with the local area. A new-generation glamping experience, Tresort offers elegantly furnished lodge tents nestled within a park featuring a botanical greenhouse where you can experience butterfly-watching up close in a relaxing setting, immersed in nature. Apartments, and a heated pool with hydromassage tubs are also featured. The restaurant, with its refined, elegant cuisine, aims to be a local food and wine hotspot.

Under the supervision of the Save the Planet APS and its president, Elena Stoppioni, the structure was built according to the most stringent sustainability standards, earning it the highest rating in the area ( 5 sunflowers ), recognizing businesses with specific sustainability characteristics. The farmhouse is constructed entirely of wood, with the exception of the above-ground pool, with water recycling and reuse systems, as well as careful use of recycled or natural materials and paints that, through a specific absorption technique, combat pollution by reducing CO2.
