TENUTA STELLA, THE COLLIO TELL ITS STORY THROUGH ART AND NATURE AMONG SIMONA SPAIARDI'S "EXTRAORDINARY TABLETS"

  • 12/11/2025

On November 7th, as part of Simona Spaiardi's "Tavole Straordinarie" project, Tenuta Stella offered a tasting of three of its most iconic wines: Ribolla Gialla Pas Dosé Metodo Classico, Bianco DOC Collio, and Pinot Nero DOC Collio. This dialogue between wine, art, and design celebrated the intersection of nature and contemporary creativity.

On November 7th, as part of Simona Spaiardi's “Tavole Straordinarie” project, Tenuta Stella offered a tasting of three of its most representative labels: Ribolla Gialla Pas Dosé Metodo Classico , Bianco DOC Collio , and Pinot Nero DOC Collio , in a dialogue between wine, art, and design that celebrated the encounter between nature and contemporary creativity.

"'Tavole Straordinarie' is a project that combines aesthetics, design, and visual research, with the aim of transforming the table into a place of contemporary expression where natural elements such as flowers, fruits, and vegetables become compositional tools. No longer simple decorations, but installations designed to convey an idea, a space, a vision. Each table is a set, a temporary scene in which nature takes center stage, suggesting balance, rhythm, and materiality," says Simona Spaiardi . The vernissage, held at the Federica Ghizzoni gallery in Milan in an atmosphere of refined elegance, saw Tenuta Stella wines accompany five installations from the "Tavole Invernali" series, the first series dedicated to the aesthetic power of natural materials, interpreting the cold season through five themes: Crimson Winter, Frost and Light, Undergrowth, Winter Fruits, and Purple Shadows.

In this context, the Friulian winery's labels interpreted the Collio region with style and authenticity, offering guests a sensory journey where the identity of the wine merged with that of the artistic project. "Participating in an event like this means sharing our idea of wine as a living expression of the territory," explains Alberto Faggiani , agro-technologist and head of wine production at Tenuta Stella. "Our connection with nature is the starting point of everything we do, from our work in the vineyard to our choice of sustainable methods. Finding this same dialogue in the aesthetic research of Tavole Straordinarie was a coherent and stimulating experience."

The Ribolla Gialla Pas Dosé Metodo Classico , with its elegant perlage and fresh, lively aromas, represented the expressive purity of Scriò's highland vineyards. The Bianco DOC Collio , with its intense and refined structure, expressed the winery's profound passion for this territory and its most emblematic wines. Finally, the Pinot Noir DOC Collio , delicate and profound, closed the tasting with balance and personality, fully expressing the winery's production philosophy: authenticity, respect, and harmony with nature.

By participating in "Tavole Straordinarie," Tenuta Stella confirms its commitment to promoting a wine culture that engages with the arts and contemporary sensibilities, always keeping the value of the territory and biodiversity at its core.
