"Primavera della Malvasia" in Planargia

The first edition of the "Primavera della Malvasia" (Malvasia Spring) project, an event that is part of the "Primavera nel Marghine, Ogliastra e Baronia" exhibition entitled "Il viaggio nel cuore della Sardegna", sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce of Nuoro and its Special Company "Aspen" (www.cuoredellasardegna.it).

The appointment in Planargia is dedicated to the prestigious and ’legendary’ wine produced in this area. The event will be held in Bosa and in the neighboring towns on the days of 2nd–3rd May 2015 and will have as its goal the enhancement and promotion of the excellent wine, food, tourism and craft products related to "Malvasia di Bosa".

The event, which lasts two days, will be divided into two distinct sections. One reserved to the conference on Malvasia, while the second section will be dedicated to the discovery of agricultural and food, handicraft productions, local traditions and tourist attractions of the area.

For the occasion, the historical wineries will be a destination for interested visitors. Moreover, the tour of the vineyards will be organized, where you can taste Malvasia in the presence of producers and, at the same time, enjoy the story of companies as a further symbolic–identity element of the territory.

Finally, taking advantage of the exceptional landscape of the route of the historic Green Train of Sardinia, they will cross the valleys and hills that are home to the vineyards of Malvasia with wine tasting on board. Very striking is the tour boat on the river, with guided tasting on board, along the path of the river Temo.

In the towns participating in the event there will be info–points where to book tours and tastings.
