In the heart of Monferrato , Montalbera continues its growth and enhancement of the region with a significant €550,000 investment in hospitality and wine tourism. This marks the creation of the new "Dolce Vita" panoramic terrace, an exclusive space nestled among the vineyards that interprets the winery's hospitality philosophy in a contemporary way. The approximately 700-square-meter area will feature four gazebo suites, 25 sun loungers, and a 16-by-6-meter saltwater infinity pool kept at a constant temperature of 28 degrees Celsius. Designed to offer harmony, relaxation, and excitement, it overlooks Montalbera's signature Ruchè vineyard amphitheater. This project represents a further step in Montalbera's journey not only among the most prestigious Piedmontese wineries, but also among the benchmarks for hospitality and experiences dedicated to Italian and international wine lovers, within a wine tourism model increasingly focused on enhancing the culture and identity of the region. Next to the terrace, there is also a multipurpose room with a capacity of up to 100 people and a private kitchen, designed to host weddings, baptisms, corporate events, conventions, and celebrations. " This investment represents further added value for us in the growth of Montalbera, a company already recognized nationally and internationally for the excellence and identity of its wines ," says Franco Morando . " After the great success of our five wine suites, we felt the need to further invest in hospitality, enhancing not only Montalbera but the entire Monferrato region. The new infinity pool, nestled among the vineyards and overlooking the heart of the company, represents a significant investment that we are certain will be appreciated by the many wine tourists who choose our company every day ." The Montalbera experience is completed with the wine shop , open seven days a week, which allows the direct purchase of wines from the cellar, and the underground cellars housing over 400 barriques. A tour lasting approximately an hour and a half, guiding guests through the company's winemaking heritage and production processes. The wine tourism project is also enriched with a broader experiential offering, including immersive activities among the vineyards and on the estate grounds, such as yoga in the barrel, vineyard picnics, e-bike tours, and horseback or Vespa experiences, designed to enhance the landscape and a direct connection with the local area. But the projects don't stop there. Montalbera is already looking to the future with the construction of three new holiday accommodations , designed for guests seeking a more independent and flexible stay. The new properties will be equipped with self-catering kitchens and dedicated to tourists who wish to experience Monferrato at their own pace and in their own way. With this investment, Montalbera confirms its vision: to make wine not just a product of excellence, but the center of an authentic experience capable of uniting the region, hospitality, and Italian culture.
